Uploading downloading files to SAP

Hi

We are using BSP for custom development. We have requirement to upload file to SAP from BSP page. I found one HTMLB tag for uploading document but where the data or file will be stored in SAP is not clear. I have to upload a file against a PR created.

And if I have to download the same file. How will I download the uploaded file.
