Customer fields in WO confirmation

Can anyone tell me how is it possible to add a customer field to the work order confirmation.

There appear to be two sub-screens available in ECC6::

DFPS_SUB1_3200

DFPS_SUB2_3200

I'm assuming these are part of the Switch Framework (don't have time to check)

Can you tell me out to customize those sub-screens. I've looked for them, but could not find.

You can't customise these screens, its done via development.

I would imagine they have to be done via development. Do you have any information on how to, so i can hand over to the programer? I suggested already the user exit CMFU0001, but he saying is not possible.
