2 way sync problem

We are trying to create a timed 2 way application.  We have everything created, the SynchBOs, the app, etc. When we try to get the data from the R/3 to the WAS, we get an error

mobile id =

There is no place we can find to enter the mobile id, and we don't know where it is trying to pull it from.

Any help would be greatly appreciated

I have tried T01 and S01 style of synchronization, and both get the same results.  I am trying to work with the SyncBOs that were provided with the installation as an example.
