Disconnected mode

Hello

How does the GenSync work in disconnected mode? I mean, is that possible to request informations when my pocketPC has an internet connection and then work with this information offline?

Hi Alain,

if I've understand correctly your question, the answer is yes.  This is the idea behind the Mobile Engine (online on demand sync), that is, when you're online you could exchange data containers (via GenSync or SmartSync) with the backend (via ME Server) and once you receive de data locally in the device, it's stored via the persistence API. Then you can work locally with this data without any connection.
