Dear Experts,
We have a PO form which is supposed to be printed on different printers across NA, Europe and Asia locations. The printer types are different with different device types too. While printing on these forms, the border in main window and footer is not visible in some of the printers. We have resolved this problem by doing adjustment in margin in SPAD. But users do not want this solution as this may require to change many printers in SPAD. They use these printers for other SAP document printing too, hence they are reluctant with this idea.
Do we have any standard solution?
Hi,
If the different printers all understand postscript, you could try with device type POST2. Another possibity is to print via windows and device type SAPWIN or SWINCF.

Aidan

We solved the problem by changing the coding in the smartform itself.
