Installation problem

At the very beginning of installing SAP WAP 6.30 developer edition I got an error:

ERROR 2004-01-31 14:28:35

FSL-01001 Existence check of account IL rytov failed. The system detected a possible attempt to compromise security. Please ensure that you can contact the server that authenticated you.

The step AddPrivilege with step key Preinstall|ind|ind|ind|ind|ind|0|AddPrivilege executed with status ERROR.

Any ideas what's wrong?
