Persistence - JDO in WebAS 6.40 ??

Hello,

The jdo - persistence alternative can be found in almost every sap presentation-

but I couldn't find any further information how and when JDO will be available

to customers and when it will be supported by the Developer Studio.

Can anyone give me a roadmap to JDO support?
