Is Web AS 6.40 still scheduled to release this month(Jan. 2004)

Happy New Year!

We are looking forward to the release of SAP

Web Application Server 6.40, which scheduled for general release

in January 2004. Are we on target?

    Hello Jun Wu,

    6.40 never was scheduled for unrestricted shipment in January. It is scheduled as restricted shipment for Q1 2004 and that is from January 1 to March 31. This means that once under this condition you can use it for projects that will be watched closely from SAP.
