Adding a pdf to a dispute

We have a deduction process where a customer creates a deduction.

The deduction is then disputed

Once it is disputed a pdf needs to be assigned to the dispute as this will provide information around the deduction - product information for example.

I can add the text from the document, but I cant seem to attach the full pdf document.

    Mark - Can you check if you have maintain the doc categories (i.e. file extns) that you want allow to be attached to a DC at the following path.

    Path : DM -- DC Processing -- Process Ingtn -- Define Document Category for Attachments to Dispute Cases

    Note: This is the setting from FSCM standpoint. Depending upon the archiving/doc mgmt system that you use, you might need to maintain a few other settings.
