Creating Buttons on web Report for each record

Hi All,

My Client users wants to place an interactive button at the end of each line in the web-template.

When the user run the report, he can click on each button individually.

When the user click on the button, this will trigger an email that will be sent to a email in X.com

In the email, the following information will be contained

the PO number in the line

the item number in the line

the due date in the line

Can anyone suggest how this can be done.
