WAS Sneak Preview edition

I created the the Welcome Application in the 6.3 Sneak Preview. I rebuild the project but when I deploy and run the Project I get the following error.

An exception occured while deploying: com.tssap.j2ee.ui.core.deploy.DeploymentException

Server localhost did not accept login request as admin on port 50018

Deploy on SDM

==> Host is : localhost

==> Port is : 50018

Please make sure that the J2EE and SDM server settings are correct and both servers have been started.

Can someone help me in this.
