I am working on setting up a Savings Plan(Pension Plan) that can calculate pensioable hours and earnings and store in a compensation wagetype for further reporting.
In the Benefits Integration node-> Assign Wagetype to Plan-> I have maintained a Compensation Model -Earnings and untill here it works fine. If I assign a Compensation Wagetype to the same plan in the node, I am unable process the Savings Plan. The idea is to maintain the compensation model-earnings, compensation model-hours and capture these values in a compensation wagetype. Then I would like to make use of these hours for calculating the lenght of servie.
How to make the compensation wagetype work to store the pensionable hours?
How to calculate pensionable earnings and pensionable hours ? How to report these hours to third party?
