statistical order

Hi all,

I have a statistical order, which assigned to a asset. Statistical order have order type is budget. I posted budget for order. When I post value to asset under transaction F-90, the order is received this amount. And I see report for order, this amount is actual. Why? order is statistical. I test order with transaction F-02, the order doesn't receive cost. I don't understand, help me please.
