Hi
My scenario is file to idoc legacy sytem to sap
Files are being send from legacy system but on Pi server its going in System Error.
When I clicked on the datails its giving Error 500 internal server error.
What may the reason behind it. What's the solution.

Do ICM monitoring.Use the transaction (SMICM) to monitor and administrate the Internet Communication Manager, which sends and receives requests to and from the Internet.

Hi zia Rahman,
Are you getting error while reading the file from the sernder CC ?
if so make sure respective user is not locked on ftp and necessary privilages are provided.
If failing to pass the file from AE to IE then make sure HTTP & HTTPS services are up and running (SMICM)
Error details :
The Web server encountered an unexpected condition that prevented it from fulfilling the request by the client.

make Sure USERS are not lock,
HTTP server in SMICM is running.
