Grouping the Charateristics in COPA

Dear Sap Gurus,

I have a confusion in Grouping the Charateristics in COPA. The Scenorio is.....

We have 26 plants all over India. I am able to view plant wise Profitability i.e. Revenues Cogs & Gross Contribution. But there is one more requirement is.. client need to see the report zone wise i.e. North East South West... for this my logic is sum of the plants values in North is equal to North zone Revenue, Cogs & Gross Contribution.. Here I had used Fixed Characteristic of plant.

Here my question is how to group these plants into zones....

What are the extra config required....
