Goods issue problem

HI all,

I have created one sto of 100qty.But at the time of Goods Issue the qty was increased by 120qty and it was accepted by the system,and the Gr was created with same 120qty and the system is accepting it.Please provide me information regarding this

issue what setting i have to maintain in my system to stop this.
