Webmethods add-ons on XI ... How implemented?

Hi there,

I have read in several articles that several Webmethods packages can be installed on top of XI, providing specific functionality like EDI, CIDX, etc ...

I was just wondering whether these packages are exact the same as provided nowadays for their own servers ... If so, then this would mean that you can actually plug-in a king of "webmethods integration server emulator" which is capable of running the specific packages?

Just wondering because this could be good news for the custom packages developed by customers on the SAP BC as these could be installed as well?

    Hi Steven,

Unfortunately the packages developed for SAP XI cannot be used in a SAP BC environment.

    Sorry, Mark.
