Exporting to Excel from a Web Query

When exporting a Web Query to an Excel Spreadsheet, a file is saved but in order to open the .XLS workbook you must log in to BW again with an ID and password.

Is it possible to remove this link so non-BW users can access exported Workbooks and howéé
