NWA_1 Extract Performance - COSS

Anyone having trouble with the extraction of data from 0CO_OM_NWA_1? It is taking us hours to extract a couple thousand records from a 6 million row COSS. The SQL trace from the SAP extractor shows it is table scanning quite a bit of the time even though the two SAP recommended indexes are there, 1 and 9.

Anyone put supplemental indexes on COSS to help out this situation? We have a few ideas - but wanted to poll for outside ideas too.

We had the same Issue, our data base records were in millions and was taking almost 4 to 5 hours to load, so what we did was create infopackages on each fiscal year and load each year seperatly, which cut the time down to 1 hour 30 min, max 2 hours...
