Dears,
Our test server environment is as below
OS: windows server 2003
DB: Oracle 10.2
NW: CE7.1 SP05 (SAPME 5.2)
NW: CE7.1 SP05 (MII 12.1)
Orginal it works well for more than one week, but yesterday because system administrator want to change IP of server, so he chagned IP and re-start server.
After server re-start, the sapmmc took long time to started and we could not see 2 NW instance in sapmmc (SAPME and MII disappear, only see DAA). We thought it's because IP had changed, so we changed IP back and re-start server, but still could not see 2 NW instance in sapmmc.
What reason could cause NW instance disappear in spammc?
How can we trace any log to solve this issue?
Thank you very much!
Under MMC if you right click on SAP system --> properties --> fixed. Try to add your instance manually. And under properties Also make sure that the Always show local instances is ticked.

We found below error message in Windows Event Viewer:
"The dynamic link library librfc32.dll could not be loaded"
After replaced it to librfc32.dll version 7110.0.15.5953 and reboot server. It works, but why only old version can work?

Dears,
Now we found there is a new version dll may cause this issue, I'm not sure if it cause by NW SP05.
Now we can see the NW instance in sapmmc, but when we start it, the status of jstart.exe in Process List is "Status info unavailable".
Continue to investigate...
