Using this Ranked List Value of a Key Figure in another Calculated Key Figure

Scenario: I want to generate a BW Report and Rank a specific Key Figure. I used the Ranked list on the properties of the Key Figure (Calculate Single Value As...)

Now I want to use the Ranked Value (instead of the Amount Value) of the Key Figure to do a calculation.

Does anyone have ideas if this is possible?

If so, could you please share these ideas.
