Set complete delivery indicator (VBAK-AUTLF) as default on sales orders

Is there a possibility to set the complete delivery indicator for all sales orders as default beside the customer master settings (complete delivery reqd by law)?

Are there any customizing settings that can be set such that this is default clint-/plant-wide?
