Personel Number is Locked

Hi,

I'm using the ERP Employee Self-Service and I have a user lock problem, which seems to be PC / Windows version related.

When I'm using my Windows Vista 32-bit computer with IE7 then I only sometimes get this number-locked error - that is, most often it works, but it gets locked sometimes, but when I'm using my Windows 7 64-bit with IE8 then I always get this number-locked error and I have never been able to use this self-service from this computer.

This is the below SAP error I get:

And another thing. When I get the number-locked error on the Windows Vista PC then I just wait for approx. 1/2 hour and then I'm able to login without any problems, but for my Windows 7 PC it never works.

I hope somebody can help me, so that I'm able to use the Windows 7 64-bit with IE8, as this is my working PC, where I should use this self-service, and the problem seems to be related to the different PC's setup / software versions.
