Annual Certificate

Dear All,

As a business requirement we have 'QM Active' indicator set along with 'Control Key' maintained for Certificate Requirement in Material Master. Based on it while doing Goods Receipt, system shows an option to select YES / NO if certificate received or not.

But now for some Raw Materials, business wants to have an Annual Certificate requirement. Which means by some way SAP should ask YES/NO for Certificate received or not, only ONCE and not at every GR.

Can somebody let me know if this is possible by some method ?
