How do we handle/manageRRI jumps to dift web address ?

We have many RRI?s that need to jump from a BW Web template to a URL location in internal portal. Ex: xx_BB_zz go to htpp://11.111.111.11/egfs/login/homepage.jsp#billing. We defined this jump in RSBBS and passed parameters in assignments and jump is working fine. The real problem is with manageing these jumps..? Do we need to type physically each jump definition in RSBBS? Is there is any way to manage suppose like define a variable egfs="http://11.111.111.11/egfs/login/homepage#? and my jump should be jump to billing ?? Is this works ? Is this is possible..? If not what is alternative..? Is there is any alternative way of manage such situations..? We did raise OSS but not able to have any answers. Kindly let me know.
