Hi
With regards to the Groups in Portal
1) When can i see all the avaliable/Created Groups in Portal and what are the roles assigned to it and
2)How can i create a Group with 2 or 3 role assigned to it

First assign user administration role to your user id.
then navigate to user administration-> Identity management
and search based on selection Groups from drop down.
All your questions are straight forward in that page.

The groups are listed only after the end user performs the search. The properties of the groups including the role details can be seen.

Hi ,
it would be nice to know your first name
1) there is no list/directory othere than the search function or a custom iview.
2) a)Create Group. Don't save (or save and change to edit again)
b) open the roles tab.
c) search in the left side in the search field for you role (use myRolename)
d) mark each, assign (it shows up on the right side)
e) save.
