GR IR Account

Hi,

One of my colleague he was created GR IR clearing account with out open item management & sort key as posting datethen users posted 11900 line items, Now i am planning to creating new gl account for GR IR account with open item management and sort key as purchase order then i am changing the gl account in wrx after that i going to which ever open line items is there in excisting gl a/c i am going to transfer those line item to new gr ir account through BDC (f-02 Type SA) by mentioning purchase order no and item no, then i am going to clear the those open line item through f.13.

I done this procedure in Dev server its working with out error message.

My doubt is it is correct procedure or not.

How to get open line items form excisting gl account, because this account is not showing which line item open or clear.

is there any table to get migo done miro not done one issue and another MIGO done 1000Rs but MIRO done 920 those differnce i need to transfer from existing gl to new gl.

I gone throug t code MB51 I got all migo transaction ................

Please advise me which t code or which table will give correct open line items and migo 100 and miro done 80 these line items..
