Controlling area

Hi,

We have three company codes & are having one leading ledger and two non leading ledgers. Apart from it. three fiscal years variant as well.

Our industry is sugar.

My doubt is, Do we need to create one controlling area or three controlling areas for each company code?

Please suggest.
