How to make contract end before contract expired date

Dear all,

I have a problem.

I have a Lease-out Contract (Tcode :RECN) and contract valid from 01.01.2008 to 31.12.2015. And first posting date from 01.01.2008, and each month the Customer pay money and I made Periodic Posting (Tcode RERAPP) until 30.10.2010. But now Customer want to end contract in 28.02.2011. How can I maintain these information in the SAP system.
