KM Custom properties - Transport

I am planning to define several custom properties in our Dev environment, was wondering whther there is a way to transport them to QA and Prod, without having to type them all over again.

On a similar note I have same issue with customising Layout Sets is there a way to transport them to QA and Prod.

Even if I have to do this manually by copying files it is fine.
