CRM 2007 - Unable to upload excel 2007 file

Hi All,

While placing order through CRM 2007, the system is not recognizing the excel 2007 file, but the system is recognizing the previous version of excel.

please advice how to resolve this problem.

Hi,

Did you try this save the workbook in 97-2003 compatible format

To make the Save setting Default

1. Open Microsoft Excel 2007

2. Goto Excel Options

3. Click on Save Tab

4. In "Save Files in this Format", choose "Excel 97 - 2003 (.xls)"*

5. Save the settings.

Thanks for the reply.

This option has been already being explored and it works fine.

This is only the work around this is not the solution,could you please let us know how excel2007 file can be uploaded.
