12/01/2009 date lies before start of factory calendar. (Please correct).

Hi Experts,

I'm getting the error message as ''12/01/2009 date lies before start of factory calendar. (Please correct) Message no. 61061

'' when i am trying to run MD04 for a particular material/Plant combination,factory calendar is valid from date is 2010-2015.The material in question is In-house produced material (FERT),I suspect there is some wrong data somewhere. Can anyone help me how to fix it?

I have got SAP Note 204127, with your help and found that one purchase order was having committed date as 12/01/2009.

Coming to issue

the material in question is In-house produced material (FERT)

As per your above statement I thought that the procurement of this material is E

So i replied to check plan orders, scheduling agreements ( If exists ) and sales orders of above material

Now can you let us know how purchase order is created for this material and date of that purchase order is falling in 2009

Can you reply on this ??

Hi Madhu,

Yes material as FERT ,Purchase order is created to for inter company stock transfer scenario.

What is factory calendar valid from date

If the material is in-house produced then check the plan order dates

One plan order is having the date which lies before factory calendar valid from date

Thanks for your reply, The factory calendar validity date is 2010-2015.

I have checked for the plan orders and schedule these plan order dates basic start date and finish dates are appearing in 2011.

what other receipt/requirements i need to check?

HI

Your Factory calender validity is from 2010 -2015 and the date is 12/01/2009 which is before the start of factory calender .either change validity of your factory calender or check with the forward scheduling i think your are doing with backwards.

Check and revert

In my understanding there should be an existing plan order which is having date in 2009

Which is causing error

BTW : are you using planning calendars ??

Hi Madhu,

We are not using planning calendar.

There are only two plan orders for this material and having order finish date as 15.11.2010 and 16.11.2010.

So as far as plan orders are concerned they are in 2010.

Can you please let me know what other Receipts/Requirement I need to check ?

Dear Chandan,

Since you are saying it is FERT

Check the below

If using scheduling agreements then you need to check for this material scheduling agreements ( dates )

If using scales orders then check in sales orders

In above both the cases you can get an date with 2009 year
