MSS - Related Activity Services for PERNR

Dear All Experts,

We are in the process of implementing MSS and are facing issues with Related Activity Services.

We are using Country Version 99 and hence in ESS we have used Screens related to other Country Versions for Infotypes Personal Information, Address, Bank Details and Family Dependents. We have Done some UI level Settings for Hiding and making certain fields display only

Issues

When Through Related Activity under MSS we access any of the above Infotypes for a Person, The Screen is Not the same as available through ESS. Question is how do i configure MSS to read the same IT structure as applicable to ESS?

Secondly:

In ESS we were able to allow employees to have only display authorization for IT2, 21,9 and Edit for 6. But When We Access the Infotypes through Related Activity Services all Infotypes are Editable whereas the authorization is Read Only.. Do we really have to depend on the UI settings for making fields Display or What can be done in order to Make the Authorization through which the Manager is not Allowed to Edit above infotypes for employees?
