I'm trying to link a field in a crystal report template - which is subsequently used in a Civica Financials report - to our invoice images folder on our network. However, when I start my link with \\server name, when the report is run (in Civica) the hyperlink does not work - and hovering over it I see the link comes through beginning ///\\server name. How can I get rid of the /// or otherwise get the link to come through correctly. Is this a Crystal problem or a Civica Financials problem - or maybe a Windows problem, I don't know??
Hi David,
Need version numbers, there were some CR Designer and the SDK issues with hyperlinks.
I suggest you log a case with them since we don't know what they are doing or which SDK they are using in their application.
