Search Complaints: wrong Statuses are displayed

Hello Experts.

I am working with SAP CRM 7.0 and I have an issue when it comes to searching for Complaints.

When I search for all Complaints, I see statuses 'open', 'completed', etc...but I do not see my statuses 'pending', 'concluded' and 'responded to customer'! (the other fields are ok, such as description, sold-to-party, priority, transaction type...the problem is just with field 'status', which brings the wrong statuses).

In other words, I have my own User Status profile customized, with three different statuses: Pending, Concluded and Responded to Customer. However when I search for my Complaints I cannot view my statuses. Other statues are shown instead.

Any ideas on how to solve this?
