Budget Upload Error

Former Member

Hello Gurus-

I am trying to upload 2010 budget in SAP by using T-Code CJR2.

The type of layout that I selected is "Cost Element by Month"

I am getting 2 errors:

1) Enter a numeric value (Message no. 00052)

2) Error occurred when generating data for the planning processor (Message no. K9400)

Can you please let me know how can I resolve this problems and upload the budget?

Thanks a lot for your time.

Jay

The first thing I would suggest to check is whether you should upload the planning in KP06, instead of CJR2. Try to upload in KP06 in QA environment and see how it turns out.

Thanks for your suggestion Stacy.

I know that I can use KP06 but I am not authorized to use that T-code. For budget upload, our ABAPers has given us the authorization of CJR2 only.

Let me know if there are any other solutions.

Thanks,

Jay

Hi,

KP06 is for cost centres, CJR2 - for WBS elements; so, these two transaction don't replace one another. Do you upload it from Excel file? Check the delimiter for decimals, if it set correctly.

Eli

Thank you all for your answers. The problem was difference in format between a file from Spain and USA.

CJR2 is cost planning transaction not for budget.

CJ30 is used for allocation budget.

Better you discuss with your PS consultant if it is WBS related rather than ABAPer.
