Hi Experts,

We have a requirement to execute multiple queries in SAP BW and sent the output to printer / email / pdf formats.

We are not interested in using Workbook as the data can be easily manipulated there.

What are the other options available in SAP BI to achieve the same?

I am very much new to SAP BI and need your expert advice on proceeding further.

Warm Regards,

Abdul Hakim

Hi.

You can use WAD and add several analysis items to one web page.

Then you can send all of them to printer.

You can also create custom ABAP reports to run specific queries and send output to printer, email etc.

There are some blogs/forums explaining this here @ SDN.

Hi,

Whether you want send many queries in a single go to users? If it is one by one then you can try information broadcasting. Using this you can send a query output as a PDF or excel or HTML file to mail of user. You can get a lot of articles in SDN for information broadcasting which will help you to configure this.

Raghavendra.

Hi,

Without digging deep the easiest way i could think is using APD you can store multiple query output to a DSO and you can create a ABAP program to read this DSO data and create a SPOOL file which can be send to printer or placed in application server.

You could look at Information Broadcasting to achieve the same

Create separate broadcast settings for each query and then schedule them through the process chain
