Good day all,

How to open payroll for correction for one employee to make changes?

Usually its PU03 transaction but it opens that possibility for all employees

Hi,

I do not think there is a way to open payroll for corrections for one employee. This setting is done using transaction PA03 and it is set at the payroll area level. I don't think there is a possibility to go any lower than that with your selection.

You can however lock employees using their individual info type 3 (Payroll Status), which would allow you to only have one employee open for maintenance. There is a mass report provided by SAP for this - > RPUCRR00.
