Issue Regarding Execution of Report in OM

Dear Folks,

I configured One organization unit with position and person when i m going to have hierarchy structure look its show all designations in one line besides to manager all designations are line up...

How i will get proper hierarchy level look or I have made any mistake in configuration..?
