Pricing condition types and Pricing procedures -roll out

Hello,

We have already SAP installed for some countries like switzerland, denmark. At present roll out is happening for spain.

I have the following questions

a) Can I use some existing pricing procedures for switzerland to be used for spain sales orgs. We will be adding condition records for spain sales orgs for the same conditon types as used for switzerland. What some important things should we keep in mind for the same .

b) Is it fair to use one access sequence for more than one condition type (irrespective for the country )

Hi,

I presume following things from your end:

For Point:

1) Pricing is determined by -> Customer Pric. Procedure

-> Document Pric. Procedure

-> Sales Area

B'coz of these three criteria available there is no harm in using the same pricing procedure for different countries, if all the pricing parameters & tax criteria are the same.

Even in case if Few of the pricing conditions like Discount, fright or taxes differs per the country in that case u will need to add country specific different Discount, Fright or Taxes condition types so that u can assign respective Access Sequence to those conditions (as per the required Criteria) in the single Pricing procedure.

For Point

2)

Yes , you can use same access sequence to multiple Condition type, If those condition types are sharing same criteria to get considered in the Pricing Procedure.

Yes u can use the same pricing procedure for thease sales organization and need to take care of pricing procedure determination and TAXES how they will get determined for SPain.

also you need to take care of requirments which are currently assgined in ur pricing procedure

and also tax relevent condition types (are you going to use same condition types for SPain also)

I don't think we should use same access sequence for more than one condition types, as the requirment may change from 1 to another condition type
