Problem regarding Quality Portal

Hi experts,

I am working on xMII 11.5 version. I have a problem with quality portal. My requirement is to create a SPC chart that gets data from quality portal database. I have already run the scripts related to quality portal in my database. I am getting the column names in my query template but while executing it shows table name as invalid object. Can anyone solve my problem?

Advance thanks.

    Hi Ramkumar,

Just to clarify, are you testing the query templates in the QualityPortal directory? You ran the appropriate script for the database you are using (MSSQL or Oracle)? Are you using the appropriate set of query templates for that database, since there is a set for each?

    Kind Regards,

      Hi Ramkumar,

I'm not sure what the problem maybe, but I'm thinking that maybe the queries were developed originally for MSSQL 2000. I found this item doing a google search on your error:

      http://forum.hostek.com/showthread.php?106-MSSQL-Server-Error-invalid-object-name

I am wondering if it might be worthwhile to open one of the templates and try appending to the database table the schema prefix, such as dbo.<table name> and running the query again. Just a shot in the dark, but I tried playing with the permissions as Jeremy indicated, but I am unable to produce a similar error. Let me know!

      Kind Regards,
