IC_EMAIL not working

Hi,

I am working 7.0. This query is regarding IC_EMAIL logical link. We are going to use standard workcenter, logical link IC_EMAIL in our interaction center.

My requirement is after creation of enquiry some times user may create Email with reference to enquiry. After creation of enquiry if i go to workcenter IC_EMAIL(E-Mail) its showing all grayed out values. I have created email forms. I am unable to select them from this workcenter.

Please guide me if i miss any settings.

    • Hi,

      Did you find any solution for this case? I guess the mail form is used only in ERMS.

      Anyone has knowledge about the work center IC_EMAIL? What's the back end behind this email function, SAP office? Or this work center is the front end for user when we use CMS to push email to CRM?
