Subcontracting Scenario

Hello all,

I have a scneario where 2 companies of the same group are into a subcontracting process.

Company A send materials to Company B in order to perform works and return a product.

This is a pure subcontracting scenario...Is there any other way to manage it?

I know I am taking a long shot, just want to know if any other consultants had the same exercise to solve in the past.
