CN27 - getting error message RU274

When registrering time in CN27 I get the message RU274. SAP describes the error as follows:

SAP Error: RU-274

Desc: Please enter either actual start and actual finish or none of the fields

Internal: 162598

Why do I get this error? I cannot see any data missing in the operation.
