Transfer content from Dev Portal to Production

Hi all,

I've developed for couple of months content including KM content,

Is there a easy way to transfer the content from on Portal (EP5 sp5) to

other Portal (EP5 sp5 with diffirent HF) ??

I include collaboration room and RTC ?? can I back up the WCM DB and restore it on the new portal ?? will it work ?
