Anyone using the universal inbox have a solution to enable users to maintain their workflow substitute?
SAP - what do you suggest, this is a key requirement!
You must be a registered user to add a comment. If you've already registered, sign in. Otherwise, register and sign in.
This is not yet supported. The issue is more complicated because you can have more than one sAP system from which items are got. so you have set up substitutes per each system....so on
