Could someone throw a reason and remedy to this error. or is this something that is a process Zombie and I should not waste time analyzing this.
This is a queue error sysfail message in APO inbound for an order document.
Negative Processing time.

Diagnosis
An application program called an LCA routine. This led to an error.
