Hi,

Disable the User Access Control in Control Panel

Then right click the exe file, select the option Run as Administrator

Recently I found that you can just copy the folder SAP Business One from a machine already in place for one without installing and successfully running 8.8 executable from the folder, in my need was necessary because the 2007 and 8.8 versions on the same machine may be useful for you to tip because you have the client installed on the server can just copy the directory to the station.

Good luck!

Hi,

Try to run the Client Setup as Administrator Privilege.

What is the Client OS and Server OS?

Hi Mona,

Try some external tool to uninstall the sap client like Revo uninstaller.

Try C-cleaner to clean the registry.

Then try to install the client freshly.

Hi Mona,

Try upgrading by right click and run as administrator,

also check antivirus is not blocking sap contents and turn off the firewall.

thanks,

Hi Mona.........

Stop all the services of from Task manager.......

And then try to uninstall. Then also if you are not succeeded then try to remove client from some other applications like Revo Uninstaller or CCleaner like that........

I guess the problem is Virus Issue. The client PCs are not updated properly......

Rahul
