QXDALISTEN deleted by mistake

Hello Gurus,

By an colleague mistake, the QXDALISTEN socket was deleted manually in our DB Server (QAS server), the directory: /BIN and /LIB was deleted too.

I restore the /bin and /lib directory from our DEV server, but the QXDALISTEN is not allowed to backup (.SVF).

How i can restore or reactivate the QXDALISTEN socket? this socket is mandatory for R/3 startup?

Please help me.
