Export to exclude supressed records

I am working on a report that displays various information about a user.

The data used in the report can be repeated multiple times among various records, and the requirements specify to remove duplicates. I have a suppression for that checks for duplicates and suppresses them.

The report needs to be exported to CSV. Upon exporting, all of the suppressed records are displayed as empty rows.

How do I keep these empty rows from appearing in the output?
